We use only superior low carbon steel and stainless steel from top ranked suppliers in China, like Tangshan Iron and Steel, Xingtai Iron and Steel, Taiyuan Iron and Steel, and we conduct rigorous testing of these materials before they are put into use. We utilize wire mesh weaving machines imported from Germany and automatic stainless steel mesh weaving machines from Japan. All of our finished products are subjected to numerous tests for tensile strength, coating content, wire diameter, and more, to ensure our product performance requirements are maintained. At Wanlida, we continually work to reduce our costs, and we pass those savings on to our customers in the form of lower prices. The utilization of an advanced oblique galvanizing technique and vertical galvanizing technique enables us to produce galvanized steel wires with varied coating content on the same galvanizing production line, which greatly improves our production efficiency. In addition, we fabricate as much as 80% of the components for our own products, thus outsourcing costs are eliminated.
